With 13 years in the industry and over two decades as a San Diego local, I understand the unique rhythm of our real estate market. As your Founding Broker (License #01901833), I specialize in turning property ownership from a "second job" into a true wealth-building tool.

My approach is built on the power of relationships. By fostering mutual respect between tenants, owners, and vendors, I’m able to limit turnover, source fair repair costs, and ensure legal compliance in a highly regulated state. I handle the headaches so you can enjoy the rewards of owning property in a world-class city.

Outside of real estate, I’m a dad, a poker player, and a basketball fan who feels lucky to live the Pacific Beach lifestyle every day.

Jake brings over a decade of corporate leadership experience and an MBA to his role in property management, applying proven best practices to ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently. His background includes managing complex projects, improving processes, and leading teams with a strong focus on accountability and results.

At his core, Jake is deeply customer-service oriented and genuinely cares about being of service to both property owners and residents. He believes that clear communication, proactive management, and attention to detail are the foundation of a well-run property.

Jake lives in Poway with his wife, Shawna, and their son, Declan. Outside of work, he enjoys playing and watching sports and spending time with his son—often finding any excuse to act like a kid alongside him.
