With a comprehensive management approach — including marketing, tenant placement, maintenance coordination, and detailed financial reporting — we help ensure your client’s property is well cared for. When they’re ready to sell, the home will be in excellent condition and prepared for you to take the next step.

Our pledge is simple: we will manage and protect your client’s property with care, and when the time comes to sell, we’ll refer them back to you. We respect your relationship with your clients and do not compete for sales opportunities.

To show our appreciation, we offer a flat referral fee of $300 once the management agreement is signed and the first month’s rent has been collected. We also provide a written agreement confirming that if the owner ever decides to sell, they will be referred back to you — ensuring your client relationships remain secure.
